The Estimates Department of the Meteorological Department at the Civil Aviation Department predicted that the weather tomorrow will be partly cloudy to partly cloudy with a rise in temperatures.
Especially in the mountainous and inland areas where they are above their seasonal averages, while they remain without significant modification on the coast.
Local fog also forms at medium elevations in the morning period.
The bulletin stated the following:
– General situation: Humid summer weather will dominate Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin during the coming days, with temperatures within their seasonal averages.
It turns to relatively hot at the beginning of next week, especially in the interior areas.
Note: The average temperatures for the month of June: Beirut between twenty-two and thirty-two, Tripoli between twenty-one and twenty-nine, and Zahle between sixteen and thirty-two degrees.
– Expected weather in Lebanon:
Saturday: Partly cloudy to cloudy with a slight rise in temperatures on the mountains and inland while remaining unchanged on the coast
In addition, the humidity is high, which increases the feeling of heat, and dense fog forms on medium heights, especially in the evening period.
Sunday: Partly cloudy to partly cloudy with high temperatures, especially in the mountainous and inland areas, where they become above their seasonal averages
While it remains unchanged on the coast and local fog forms on the medium heights in the morning period.
Monday: Partly cloudy in general with an additional rise in temperatures, especially in the mountainous and inland areas.
Tuesday: Clear to partly cloudy with the continued rise in temperatures in the mountainous and inland areas.
– The temperature on the coast is from sixteen to thirty-three degrees, over the mountains from fifteen to twenty-six degrees, and inland from ten to twenty-seven degrees.
– Surface winds: Southwest active at times, with a speed between ten and forty km/h.
– Erosion: Good on the coast, sometimes worse on medium elevations.
– Relative humidity on the coast: between fifty-five and eighty-five%.
– Sea condition: Average wave height. Water surface temperature: twenty-six °C.
– Atmospheric pressure: One thousand eleven HPA, which is equivalent: seven hundred and fifty-eight millimeters of mercury.
