Dr. Rima Younis, President of the Lebanese Association for Educational and Cultural Renewal, organized a ceremony to honor Mohamed Gharib. He is the director of Radio Lebanon, Mohamed Gharib.
The celebration came in recognition of his long media career and his national and cultural giving.
The ceremony was held in Dr. Younis’s office in the presence of media, academic, and cultural figures.
The importance of Gharib’s role in supporting the media
In her speeches, she stressed the importance of the role played by Gharib in supporting the national media. Moreover, she emphasized his contribution to consolidating the culture of dialogue.
In addition, Younes praised Gharib’s decades-long career, considering his honor a tribute to Radio Lebanon and its unifying national message.
She also stressed his professional and humanitarian commitment. She highlighted his ability to make the media a space for communication and convergence.
Committed Media Model
Kamil Abdullah, editor-in-chief of “Cam News”, confirmed that Mohammed Gharib represents a model of a media person. He is committed to the country’s issues.
