The Lebanese European Medical Association organized a ceremony to honor Lebanese medical students in France who have successfully completed their studies.
The ceremony was attended by Minister of Social Affairs Haneen El-Sayed, Lebanese Ambassador to France Rabih El Shaer, and a number of doctors and members of the community.
The President of the Association, Dr. Elie Haddad, confirmed that this celebration honoring Lebanese medical students in France is being held for the third year in a row. But it is being organized for the first time inside the Lebanese embassy.
He pointed out that the association, which was established in 2020, includes more than 1,400 members distributed in 12 European countries.
The need to embrace energies
Haddad stressed the importance of embracing Lebanese medical capacities and enhancing communication between health competencies in Europe. In addition, he emphasized supporting and accompanying students in their scientific and professional careers.
Enhance collaboration with competencies
For his part, Ambassador Rabih Al-Shaer stressed the need to strengthen cooperation with Lebanese talents in the diaspora. He also pointed out that the success of Lebanese students deserves all forms of support and embrace.
He also called on young doctors to dedicate part of their time and expertise to serving Lebanon and its health institutions.
Lebanon has the capacity to rise
For her part, Minister of Social Affairs Haneen El-Sayed said that Lebanon is going through a delicate phase. But he has the ability to rise thanks to the will of his children at home and abroad.
She praised the success of Lebanese students in France, considering that their achievements constitute a source of hope and moral support for the country.
The ceremony concluded by honoring the graduating students in an atmosphere of pride and pride.
The association affirmed its continued support for Lebanese doctors and students and strengthening bridges of communication between Lebanese competencies and their motherland.
