Youth Summit at the University of the Holy Spirit

A youth summit was hosted at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, organized by its founder, Engineer Jane Aghajian.

The youth summit at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik also featured a partnership

with the aim of promoting entrepreneurial thinking, supporting young people, and providing them with opportunities for growth.

The summit was attended by Deputy Professor Najat Aoun Saliba and Dr. Nancy Saliba.

Alongside them were students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and representatives from the public and private sectors.

Youth initiatives and partners from the innovation ecosystem also participated in the summit.

The program was moderated by Rita Kassab, Community and Communications Coordinator at the Center.

The summit opened with remarks by Engineer Aghajian, followed by a welcome address on behalf of the university delivered by Dr. Nancy Saliba.

Saliba emphasized “the importance of universities’ role in providing spaces that enable young people to develop their ideas and build their self-confidence.”

She also highlighted the importance of accessing the right networks and actively participating in shaping the future.

This was followed by a speech by MP Najat Aoun Saliba, after which a series of presentations by experts and specialists took place.

These presentations addressed civic responsibility, leadership, youth empowerment, and the role of institutions in supporting initiatives.

The program included two panel discussions focused on the role of youth in leading change.

It also highlighted the importance of providing a supportive ecosystem to transform their ideas into practical initiatives.

The summit featured a competition in which youth-led startups presented their projects to a panel of expert judges.

The event also included partner booths
and spaces for direct networking between students, companies, and entrepreneurs.
