The 2026 Saint Joseph University graduation ceremony began with a welcome address emphasizing that this occasion marks the culmination of years of hard work and perseverance.
The opening featured music composed with the help of artificial intelligence, a move that reflected the convergence of creativity and technology.
The university’s president, Professor François Bouadek, S.J.,emphasized that the graduates’ success is the result of a collective effort involving families, faculty, and the university.
He praised the students’ resilience during the difficult years Lebanon has endured.
He also called on them to uphold the values of integrity and excellence
and to contribute to the nation’s revival wherever their professional paths may lead.
They delivered motivational speeches focusing on the importance of professional responsibility, innovation, and community service.
The evenings concluded with the recitation of the class oath and the doctoral graduates’ pledge of scientific integrity.
