Lebanese Talents in Moscow A Lebanese youth delegation, representing the Ministry of Culture, attended and participated in the International Children’s Cultural Forum,
which was hosted by the Russian capital, Moscow, in August, at the official invitation of the Russian Ministry of Culture.
Before their departure, Minister of Culture Dr. Ghassan Salameh received the delegation members at the National Library.
He praised their talents and urged them to hold fast to their identity and represent Lebanon in the best possible light, while also developing their skills through education and training.
The delegation included Lamar Shukair, Lia Fouani, Daniel Namour, Rita Al-Ajaltouni, Gael Saadeh, and Emmanuel Azar.
These talented individuals participated in the fields of music, theater, singing, and painting.
They presented works that reflected the richness of Lebanese heritage to an international audience. Representatives from 89 Russian regions and a number of countries around the world also participated in the forum.
The Lebanese performances were well-received by the audience and the organizing committee.
The delegation also participated in workshops and creative sessions that allowed them to learn about different cultures and exchange experiences with international talents.
At the conclusion of the event, the forum’s administration honored the delegation members and awarded them certificates of appreciation for their creativity and excellence.
The Ministry of Culture emphasized that the participation of Lebanese talents in Moscow strengthens cultural cooperation between Lebanon and Russia.
It also opens up new opportunities for young people to showcase their talents on international stages and build lasting artistic bridges.
