Robotic gynecological surgery is the title of a specialized course organized by IRCADE Lebanon. In fact, this event reflects the growing interest as an advanced medical field. It is part of an effort to spread the culture of knowledge and develop the work of doctors.
Prof. Antoine Maalouf, President of IRCAD and CEO of French Mashreq Hospital, supervised the course, Robotic Surgery for Gynecology. The training focused on the latest advancements in Gynecological Robotic Surgery.
Live Streaming of Surgery
It included a live broadcast of the operations from the operating room. Also, procedures pertaining to the field of robotic surgery in gynecological cases were shown, illustrating the use of modern techniques in gynecological robotic surgery. This was in the presence of a crowd of doctors and specialists.
Prof. Maalouf explained the technical details of everything related to One major focus was on the newest approaches to combining gynecology with robotic surgery solutions. He also gave a detailed explanation of all stages of surgery.
Surgery Details
There was a dialogue about all the details of the surgery, gynecology and how to treat. As a result, the discussion provided useful knowledge about advances in gynecological robotic surgery and patient outcomes.
The course was attended by Prof. Gabi Mouawad. He is the Founder of the Center for Endometriosis, Advanced Pelvic in Miami, where he frequently utilizes robotic methods during gynecological surgery procedures
Prof. Mouawad’s participation
Prof. Mouawad’s participation was as a robotic surgeon and specialist in obstetrics and gynecology. Notably, his expertise extends to advanced for complex cases.
The course was moderated by Dr. Bassel Abu Zeid. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Abu Zeid emphasized the critical role of robotic surgery in the future of gynecological care.
