The courtyard of St. Joseph’s Church in Al-Ghaba, Bramana, became an exceptional artistic venue during the “Musical Evening in Bramana.”
The National Higher Institute of Music organized the event in cooperation with the municipalities of Al-Ghaba and Al-Masqa.
The concert took place at the invitation of Conservatory President Dr. Heba Al-Qawas.
The musical evening combined the charm of Lebanese nature with the beauty of classical music.
Three internationally renowned musicians took part in the concert. They were violinist Renata Bakhrakh, cellist Sergei Slovatchevsky, and pianist Evelin Peresovskaya.
During her remarks, Al-Qawas highlighted the Conservatory’s mission to bring music to different regions across Lebanon.
She also announced that the concert series will continue throughout August and September.
The concerts will lead up to the launch of the new musical season in October.
The program included timeless works by Bach, Juno, Beethoven, and Tchaikovsky.
The musicians took the audience on a journey through spiritual melodies and powerful dramatic expressions.
Meanwhile, the surrounding green forest and the scent of pine added a unique atmosphere to the evening.
Chamber music blended naturally with the beauty of Bramana’s landscape.
Together, the music and setting created a peaceful scene filled with art, culture, and serenity.
The evening also highlighted the Conservatory’s role in bringing internationally renowned artists to Lebanon.
Through such events, the Conservatory turns music into a cultural bridge between Lebanese towns, cities, and the world.
