Shawqi Dallal, president of the “Professional Association of Fine Arts for Culture and the Arts” in Rashaya, welcomed Lala Mayor Jamil Amiri at the association’s headquarters in Rashaya al-Wadi.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dallal welcomed the guests and presented them with a copy of his book, *One Thing Reminds Us of Another*.
He emphasized that the association will remain an incubator for creativity and a platform for meaningful cultural initiatives.
Dalal praised the mayor of Lala, Mr. Jamil Amiri, and the municipal council.
Dalal highlighted “the educational and cultural role played by writer and educator Muhammad Najm al-Din,” praising his wise leadership of the Omar al-Mukhtar Educational Center.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dalal presented his guests with the association’s publications.
He emphasized that “cooperation between cultural institutions, municipalities, and educational centers constitutes a fundamental pillar in the journey toward sustainable development.”
The guests, for their part, expressed their appreciation for the pioneering role played by the “Rashaya Workshop Association” in promoting culture and the arts and preserving heritage.
