The Ministry of Agriculture is holding a special conference to “launch the One-Stop Shop and announce a package of administrative reforms and digital transformation initiatives at the Ministry of Agriculture.”
The launch of the Ministry of Agriculture’s One-Stop Shop took place in the presence of Minister of Agriculture Dr. Nizar Hani and Minister of State for Administrative Development Dr. Fadi Makki.
The event took place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, the 22nd of this month, at the Ministry building—General Directorate of Agriculture—Beirut, Al-Jana.
According to a statement, this event marks a pivotal milestone in the modernization of the Ministry of Agriculture.
The One-Stop Shop will be launched as an integrated platform that allows citizens and farmers to complete their transactions easily and quickly through a single service point.
This will enhance administrative efficiency, improve service quality, and uphold the principles of transparency and procedural simplification.
The Ministry will announce a package of administrative and digital reforms, including the launch of an automation and transaction tracking system linked to the “Dawleti” e-platform.
This will enable citizens to complete and track their transactions electronically.
In addition, seven digital services will be launched as the first phase of the Ministry’s comprehensive digital transformation plan.
The event will also feature the announcement of the launch of the Ministry of Agriculture’s hotline (1,789), which will serve as a direct channel for communicating with citizens, receiving their inquiries, and serving them efficiently and promptly.
