The French Center in Lebanon has renewed its summer program to support students in public Francophone schools.
In preparation for the new school year, the program benefits approximately 600 students across various regions of Lebanon.
The program aims to enhance academic achievement and reinforce foundational skills.
This is particularly important given the challenges the education sector has faced in recent years.
As a result, students receive free educational support at eight public schools within the “Centers of Excellence” network.
Four days a week, participants attend intensive classes in French, math, and Arabic.
They also receive systematic guidance to help them start the school year with greater confidence and preparedness.
The program was launched for the first time in 2024.
It was then expanded in 2025. The 2026 session marks the third summer edition.
It is carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
Through this initiative, the French Center continues to support formal Francophone education in Lebanon
It also aims to enhance the quality of education and students’ chances of success.
