American star Taylor Swift has reclaimed the top spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart, as her album
The Life of a Showgirl returned to No. 1 for a thirteenth non-consecutive week.
The album jumped from No. 21 to the top of the chart dated October 10, benefiting from the release of an expanded edition titled The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore on September 25.
The new edition included four previously unreleased songs: Patient Zero, Cleveland!, Pink Clouding and Babylon, giving the album a fresh boost that pushed it back to the top of the rankings.
The Life of a Showgirl first topped the Billboard 200 on the chart dated October 18, 2025, before logging its most recent week at No. 1 on January 10, 2026.
Swift chose Patient Zero as the lead single from the new release, and unveiled its official music video during the MTV Video Music Awards on September 27, after presenting it herself live during the broadcast.
With this comeback, Taylor Swift continues to strengthen her strong presence on the Billboard charts, while the top ten also saw new entries from Tinashe and Kenny Chesney.
