Real estate app relaunches with smart services

The Directorate General of Land Registry and Cadastre announced the reactivation of its electronic real estate application, “LRC.”

The app has been relaunched with updated software and is available in both Arabic and English.

It allows citizens to track their transactions remotely, reducing the need for travel and waiting in line.

The electronic real estate app offers services to track the progress of transactions and requests for property statements.

It also helps users calculate approximate fees for buying and selling, and view paid collection orders linked to the most recent transaction on a property.

The app also allows users to monitor changes to property records, alerting them to any updates related to their property.

These changes include sales, mortgages, the addition of a new notation to the property registry, as well as the issuance of a new title deed.

Alerts are sent instantly through phone notifications and email messages.

This allows property owners to easily follow updates from both inside and outside Lebanon.

The Directorate confirmed that these services are free of charge. However, accessing the full property record requires a fee, and this service is currently available on Android devices.

It invited interested parties to visit its website or download the app from the Google Play Store and App Store under the name “Land Registry Cadastre Lebanon.”

The updated version provides access to the aforementioned services and allows users to follow real estate transactions, with a user interface available in both Arabic and English to facilitate daily use.
