English star Harry Kane, a forward for Bayern Munich, confirmed his readiness to begin contract extension negotiations with the German champions.
In a move that could keep him with the Bavarian club beyond 2027.
Kane, 33, explained during a media day in Munich that talks had been postponed until his return from the vacation he took following the World Cup.
He added that negotiations could begin this week or next, noting that both sides are approaching the matter calmly.

The English striker believes the time is right to begin talks, especially with only one year remaining on his current contract.
For its part, Bayern Munich has confirmed on more than one occasion its desire to keep Harry Kane.
The club had previously described him as one of the best signings in its history.
According to German media reports, the new contract could run until at least 2029.
Kane joined Bayern in 2023 on a four-year contract and has won the Bundesliga twice and the DFB-Pokal once.
He has also continued his scoring prowess in the team’s jersey, netting 146 goals in 147 matches across all competitions.
This solidifies his status as one of the club’s most prominent strikers.
