The Holy Spirit University – Kaslik celebrated the graduation of the class of 2026 of its students who hold bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees.
The graduation ceremony of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik 2026 carried the slogan “The Living Light”, during a ceremony held at the university’s campus in Kaslik in the presence of the graduates’ personalities and families.
A milestone in the lives of students
The President of the University, Father Joseph Mokrzel, stressed that graduation is a pivotal milestone in the lives of students after years of effort and perseverance.
He called on students to carry the university’s message and contribute to bringing about positive change in society.
He also stressed the importance of adapting to the rapid transformations in the labor market and technology.
Artificial intelligence will change the nature of many jobs, but it will not replace human skills and ethical values.
The first batch of graduates after the American accreditation
Mukarzel pointed out that the class of 2026 is the first batch to graduate after the university obtained American accreditation, an achievement that strengthens the status of its degrees at the international level.
He called on young people to believe in Lebanon and contribute to its construction instead of sufficing with emigration, stressing that the future of the country depends on the energies and competencies of the new generation.
The General President of the Lebanese Maronite Order and the Supreme President of the University, Father Hadi Mahfouz, stressed the role of the university in combining academic excellence with spiritual and national values.
To promote a culture of citizenship and transparency
During the graduation of the Holy Spirit University Kaslik 2026, he called on the graduates to promote a culture of citizenship, transparency, and work to build a just state.
The ceremony included the distribution of distinguished academic awards, in addition to the handing over of certificates to the graduates in an atmosphere of joy and pride.
The occasion was a message of hope for the Lebanese youth and an incentive to continue success.
