International star Angelina Jolie surprised the staff at a boxing club in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv,
after arriving at the venue with her son Knox on an unannounced visit, during which he participated in a Muay Thai training session.
Angelina Jolie Visits a Boxing Club in Ukraine
Angelina Jolie appeared in Ukraine at the “Spadkoyemets” boxing club in Kharkiv, in a relaxed atmosphere
and far from any formalities. The visit surprised those present, especially since it took place without prior coordination with the club’s management.
The Ukrainian Boxing Federation posted photos from the visit, showing the American star accompanied by her son Knox inside the training hall.
Knox Participates in Muay Thai Training
During the visit, Knox took part in a Muay Thai training session, while Angelina Jolie observed the atmosphere inside the club.
The photos captured candid moments from the visit, free of any fanfare, as Knox focused on his training alongside the other athletes.
For his part, club owner Pavlo Chichko said the international star’s surprise appearance took everyone by surprise,
to the point that some initially thought the photos might not be real.
He added that Jolie expressed her admiration for the club’s atmosphere and interacted warmly and kindly with those present.

Angelina Jolie’s visit to Kharkiv holds special significance, as it comes amid the ongoing war
in Ukraine and the widespread attacks and damage the city has suffered in recent years.
Kharkiv is located near the Russian border and is one of the Ukrainian cities most affected by military operations since the war broke out in 2022.
This is not Angelina Jolie’s first visit to Ukraine; she has previously visited the country during the war
as part of her commitment to humanitarian issues and the plight of civilians and refugees.
The American star has a long history of humanitarian work, having previously served
as Special Envoy for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
Her latest visit was a surprise and unofficial, combining humanitarian work with a family outing to watch sports with her son Knox.
