This morning, Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ahmad Al-Hajjar met with Minister of Youth and Sports Nora Berkadarian to discuss Sports Week in Lebanon.
They discussed issues of mutual interest to both ministries and ways to strengthen coordination and cooperation between them.
The meeting also addressed ongoing preparations for Sports Week, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
In this context, Minister Al-Hajjar sent a letter to municipalities urging them to organize sports activities, each within its own jurisdiction,
This is to be done in coordination with the Ministries of the Interior and Municipalities, and Youth and Sports.
This will contribute to the success of Sports Week and the revitalization of sports activities in various regions of Lebanon.
