The ceiling was raised by about seventy centimeters, providing greater spaciousness and smoothness of movement.
The development works also included the construction of an integrated kitchen, service area and a new front desk. In addition, they replaced the entire electromechanical infrastructure, air conditioning, ventilation and lighting systems.
The baggage handling system, the registration system, in addition to the rehabilitation of all health facilities using first-class equipment and materials.
The rehabilitation work extended to the offices of the General Security, Customs, Gendarmerie, access and departure corridors and checkpoints.
This enhances operational efficiency and improves the quality of services. Furthermore, the salon is able to receive about eighty guests at a time according to the latest standards adopted at international airports.
