Aramco’s 2026 Profits: How Much Were They?

Saudi Aramco announced the distribution of basic dividends to shareholders for the second quarter of 2026.

As part of its policy aimed at providing sustainable and growing dividends to shareholders.

The company stated in a press release via Tadawul that the Board of Directors approved a total dividend payout of 21.88 billion U.S. dollars.

This amounts to approximately 82.06 billion Saudi riyals.

The number of shares eligible for dividends is approximately 241.86 billion.

The dividend per share amounts to approximately $0.091, or 0.3393 riyals.

Aramco set August 19, 2026, as the dividend record date, with distribution to eligible shareholders to begin on August 27, 2026.

Meanwhile, Aramco reported a 41.9 percent increase in net income attributable to shareholders during the second quarter.

It reached approximately $32.40 billion, compared to $22.84 billion in the same period of 2025.

Revenue also rose by 19 percent.

reaching $120.21 billion, driven primarily by higher revenue and other sales-related income.
