Arada Capital will be based in Abu Dhabi Global Market.
It is currently working on completing the regulatory approvals necessary to obtain a license to work as a fund manager.
The company also announced the appointment of Mustafa Fahor as CEO and Managing Director of the platform.
Drawing on his extensive experience in international financial institutions, including Planary, UBS and Citigroup.
Arada was founded in two thousand and seventeen by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi and Prince Khalid bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud.
