Saida hosted the closing ceremony of the “Saidawiat al-Fan 16” festival, which was launched by the Tourism and Activities Committee of the Saida Municipality.
The event took place at the Old Port of Saida as part of a ceremony titled “Stars of Saida 2.”
A number of artists from Saida participated, including Omar Al-Atab, Sari, Wael Al-Mamlouk, Wael Safdiya, Ahmad Hassan, and a musical ensemble led by Maestro Basem Issa.
The event was hosted by the artistic duo Mustafa Al-Saqa and Hala Abriq, in front of a large and enthusiastic audience.
During the ceremony, commemorative plaques were presented to the participating artists on behalf of the Saida Municipality; they were distributed by Rami Bashasha, head of the municipality’s Committee on Tourism and Activities.
It is worth noting that the “Saida 26” Festival, held under the slogan “Saida Is Our World,” lasted for two weeks and featured religious, musical, and artistic events.
The Municipality of Saida thanked everyone who contributed to the success of this festival.
It should be noted that the Tourism and Activities Committee of the Municipality of Saida is preparing to organize a special festival to mark Independence Day in November.
