Rafic Hariri University hosted the 2026 Lebanese Graduates Ceremony in Italy.
The ceremony celebrated thirteen Lebanese graduates who earned bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees from universities in Italy.
The ceremony was organized by the Association of Lebanese in Italy, under the patronage of the Lebanese Ministry of Culture.
It was supported by the Italian Embassy in Lebanon.
The event celebrated academic excellence and the strong Lebanese-Italian ties.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Ali Al-Samad, Director General of Cultural Affairs at the Lebanese Ministry of Culture;
Ms. Silvia Tossi, First Counselor and Deputy Head of Mission at the Italian Embassy in Lebanon.
Dr. Fadel Ramadan, President of the Association of Lebanese in Italy and a researcher at the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology.
Dr. Husam Al-Ghosh, Chair of the Civil Engineering Department at the College of Technology.
The ceremony highlighted the importance of education in building bridges of communication between nations and strengthening the historical ties between Lebanon and Italy.
It also showcased the achievements of Lebanese students who chose to pursue their higher education abroad.
