The Lebanese Air Sports Federation announced the signing of a non-exclusive cooperation agreement with the Association of Paragliding Pilots and Instructors.
The agreement is valid for three years and is renewable with the consent of both parties.
Under this historic agreement, the Lebanese Air Sports Federation gains full access to the internationally recognized association’s system
and its comprehensive training frameworks, in addition to specialized operational support. The following are the key points of the agreement:
Raising safety and quality standards: Implementing international training protocols and safety measures.
Regulating and standardizing paragliding throughout Lebanon.
Skills development: Enabling local pilots, instructors, and schools to raise their qualifications to meet international standards.
Regional and international tourism: Opening the door for foreign pilots—from the Arab world and beyond—to train and obtain an internationally recognized certification.
This will allow them to enjoy Lebanese airspace and discover the beauty of Lebanon’s natural landscapes.
