The town of Qartaba is preparing to host the Qartaba Festivals 2026, defying the difficult circumstances Lebanon is currently facing.

At a time when the Byblos, Ehmej, and Ghalbon festivals are absent from the scene this year,
the Qartaba Festivals 2026 stand out as one of the most prominent cultural events keeping the summer season alive.
As it has done year after year, the Qartaba Festivals attract audiences from across Lebanon.
The town transforms into a destination for lovers of art, music, and a festive atmosphere.
It’s a scene that brings Lebanese people from across the country together around music and joy.
On August 21, Qartaba will welcome artists Aziza and Melhem Zein.
Meanwhile, on August 22, Maestro Elie Al-Alya and the Sultan of Music, George Wassouf, will perform an exceptional evening eagerly awaited by fans of authentic art.
The festivals are expected to draw large crowds from across Lebanon.
The festivities are overseen by Simon Karam, attorney and chairman of the Qartaba Festivals Committee,
Alongside the team that continues its preparations to ensure the success of this event, which has become a staple of the summer season.
