Opening of a New Public Beach in Kfarabida
This project represents a qualitative addition to the Batroun region, as Kfarabida Municipality, under the leadership of Engineer Michel Fghali, has developed a coastal area open to all, combining recreation, sports, and enjoyment of nature.
Before the beach’s opening, the municipality completed a modern promenade dedicated to walking, jogging, and cycling, offering visitors the opportunity to engage in sports activities in a unique coastal setting. A direct entrance connecting the promenade to the beach was also designed, facilitating access to the shore and allowing enjoyment of the expansive sea view along the entire area.
A Free Beach with Enchanting Natural Views
The new beach stretches along a beautiful rocky coast directly overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, providing visitors with an open space for relaxation, fresh air, and breathtaking natural scenery.
To enhance the visitor experience, the municipality fully cleaned and rehabilitated the beach, in addition to distributing several wooden benches along the site. This allows visitors to sit, relax, watch the sunset, or enjoy the sea view throughout the day.
The site is expected to undergo further development in the coming period, as the municipality is working to complete some facilities and services, including food and beverage kiosks during weekends, in addition to providing a comfortable family atmosphere suitable for all ages.
Where is the new beach located?
The new public beach in Kfarabida is located on the site previously occupied by Taiga Resort, making it easily accessible for visitors coming from Batroun or various Lebanese regions.
The official inauguration of the project is scheduled to take place within the next ten days, after which it will become one of the most prominent free summer destinations on the Lebanese coast.
