Fadl Shaker’s Riyadh Season concert tickets sell out in minutes

Lebanese singer Fadl Shaker is preparing to return to the concert stage through Riyadh Season 2026, with two consecutive shows on October 22 and 23, amid remarkable public demand that saw tickets sell out within minutes of going on sale.

The two concerts will take place at Abu Bakr Salem Theater in Riyadh under the title “Return of the Absent One” (“Awdet al-Ghayeb”), marking Fadl Shaker’s return to performing live for his audience after years away from the stage.

Tickets for the first concert, scheduled for October 22, saw huge demand from fans, with all tickets selling out just minutes after becoming available on the booking platform.

Due to the overwhelming demand, organizers announced the addition of a second concert the following day, on October 23 — but those tickets also sold out quickly.

According to the press statement, tens of thousands of people joined the online waiting lists for both concerts, reflecting the scale of interest in Fadl Shaker’s return to Riyadh Season.

Advisor Turki Alalshikh, chairman of the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia, had announced the Lebanese singer’s return to the concert scene as part of the season’s events, before the originally planned single show was expanded into two consecutive nights due to ticket demand.

Fadl Shaker’s songs continue to resonate

Despite staying away from public concerts in recent years, Fadl Shaker has maintained his artistic presence by releasing a number of songs that received wide engagement from audiences.

Among his most notable recent releases are the song “Sahhak El Shouq”, as well as “Kifak Aa Faraqi,” which he performed with his son, Mohammad Shaker.

Shaker also had a notable presence at the Joy Awards 2026, winning the “Favorite Artist” award in the music category, along with “Favorite Song” for “Sahhak El Shouq,” based on public voting.
